eMediaCMS.com and Celestia are owned by SNH Designs LLC, d.b.a. eMediaSales. Celestia was original provided by Copernicus Business Systems. The majority of CBS software assets were sold to MIVA Small Business Solutions in 2005, but Celestia was retained (and put on the shelf) for future use. Now, eMediaSales is run by one of the original founders, and Celestia has found new life as an open source product.
