Calendar module
The Calendar Module allows the site owner to maintain a calendar on the website and post events on that calendar. A mini-calendar (month view) is displayed along with date, title and short description of each event. The visitor clicks on the event for which more information is desired, and is taken to a second web page that displays the detailed information.

Contact Us Form
The Contact Us Form module creates a standard "Contact Us" Form. The site visitor completes the form and submits it to the website. An email stating the information from the Contact Us Form completed by the visitor is automatically sent to the site owner. This information is additionally stored within the database of the web page and can be exported to a text file. This is a very powerful and simple module to use when you want to allow customers/visitors to easily contact you through your website.

Paragraph Content Module
The Paragraph Content Module is a core "building block" module and will be installed frequently as a web page in the website. It allows the site owner to create a page that contains text (HTML) and images and allows the site owner to place an image relative to a paragraph.
|
FAQ List
The FAQ List module allows the website owner to create a list of questions and the corresponding answers to those questions. The questions are placed on the entry view of this web page. When a site visitor clicks on a question, he is taken to a second page where the question and answer are displayed. Also on this secondary page is a link back to the list of questions and a link to the subsequent question and answer page.
|
Photo Gallery
The Photo Gallery modules allows the site owner to display thumbnail and full-sized photos on the website. The first page displayed with this module is the thumbnail image and then when the site visitor clicks on a thumbnail image, he is taken to a page that displays the full-sized image. Along with the larger image, the site owner may display a title and caption describing the image. A link at the bottom of the page "Return to Gallery" takes the visitor back to the main page of thumbnail images.

Press Release
The Press Release module allows the site owner to create a list of press release titles with the corresponding release date. The title is a live link to the entire press release content and the press release content includes the date, location, written text and space for an image (if applicable). The first page of press releases provides the visitor with the date and title of the press release and then the visitor may click on the title of the press release to gain access to the entire content of the press release.
|
Related Links
The Related Links module allows the site owner to create a page of links to other websites that would be of interest to the visitor of his website. Each link can be displayed as text, an image or the actual link. When the visitor clicks on the link he is taken to the website of the Related Link either as a popup window or within the same window as the site owners website.

Section Container
The Section Container is another core "building block" module that is used frequently when building a website. It helps establish the hierarchy of the website and is the primary module that can be used to build members-only (password protected) sections of a website.
The Section Container module is configured much like the other display modules. However, instead of having it's own database of items to display, the contents of the page is determined by the "children" pages of the Section Container. The Section Container is much like a preview page where small sections of "preview content" as well as a link to the children of the Section Container are displayed. A way to think about the Section Container is as an entry point to a major section of the site where the list of sub-pages for this section is previewed.

Staff Biographies
The Staff Biography module allows the site owner to create a very clean, concise page of top-level information about the members of his team. Then the Title of each person is a live link into a full description of the staff member, which can include a photo of the person. The site owner can add, edit and re-order the staff member included in the web page.

IFRAME Content Integrator
The IFRAME Content Intrgrator module allows you to include the contents of an external HTML file into the body of a Celestia page using the HTML4 IFRAME tag. This is particularly useful if you have existing HTML files in your website, but do not desire to place the full contents under control of Celestia.

Form Builder
The Form Builder allows the site owner to design a form that is placed on the website. The Form Builder gives the site owner maximum flexibility in creating his own form. The site owner creates his own form by building each element in the Form and specifying the field name, type and value for each element. Form submissions by site visitors are emailed directly to the administrator address as configured in the Form Builder.
|
Forum Topic
The Forum Topic Module allows the Site Owner to create a Forum on the website. Posting to the Forum is password protected thus requiring the visitor to register and subsequently login to participate in the Forum, whereas viewing the forum is generally open to the public. Note that a forum can also be hidden behind a password protect Section Container in order to prevent non-members from reading posts.
Multiple forums are commonly grouped together within a Section Container to provide an area of the website dedicated to the forums. To add the login capabilities to the website, Celestia makes that easy, too. Simply install the User Authentication (User Accounts) module into the web site.

Link Directory
The Link Directory module allows the site owner to create a page of categorized links that can be easily searched using the built-in search functionality. The module includes a full, endless hierarchy of categories and can be used to create a "mini search engine" within the website.
Link Directories can provide extensive functionality to a website. For example, our Partners section of the Celestia web site is a Link Directory. The Link Directory module provides full-text search capabilities both within specific categories as well as within the entire directory. The full-text search provides a list of possible matches in order of relavence.

E-commerce Order Form
The Order Form module provides simple built-in e-commerce functionality for your Celestia web site. Customers can quickly view all items for sale and select how many of each they desire to purchase. They can also click on each product to view a detailed description of the item. The Order Form checkout is a single page, which offers the advantage of just a few quick clicks to purchase.
While the interface and functionality may look simple, the Order Form actually supports a wide range of advanced features and is extensible via the module API. The Order Form can perform dynamic shipping and tax calculations, and accept credit cards for real-time order processing. The following modules are supplied with the Order Form:
- Flat Rate Shipping Calculations
- Flat Rate Tax Calculations

- PayFlow Link Secure Payment Module for real-time credit card processing
- PayPal Payment Module for real time payments and e-check processing
- State Based Tax Calculations

User Accounts and Password Protected Sections
Celestia provides web site user accounts including the ability to provide password protected "Members Only" sections of a website, and to restrict access to certain features of the web site. The User Accounts module is extremely flexible- it can allow users to simply sign-up for an account or it can restrict this capability so that only the site administrator can create accounts for new users. This flexibility allows the User Accounts to provide either Open Membership for a community site or it can provide limited access sections for intranets.

Web Logs and Articles Archive
Weblogs (also known as "blogs") are the current rage in dynamic content web sites. Generally speaking, a blog is a "web log" of daily or weekly activity, and is commonly used to display up-to-the-minute postings on some specific topic. Blog pages generally place the most recent content at the top, and generally contain some form of archive view so you can read old articles.
Celestia provides an excellent blog module that provides a significant feature set, including multiple categories, a comprehensive archive as well as advanced Search Engine Optimization features when using short "search friendly" URLs. The Web Log module includes a "Web Log Archive" box, that includes an advanced full-text search capability.
